Care Manager

Care Services have a fantastic reputation for the highest quality of service and has a team and work ethic second to none.

We are currently looking for a Care Manager to join our existing client in London providing personalised care & support to people living in care home. We offer first class autonomy comprehensive support including training and exciting career opportunities.

Our Care Managers are expected to perform a variety of duties in the completion of service for clients and to assist the management team. This includes: emergency cover when required, shadow, support and guide care staff and attending meetings.

Job Specific Requirements:
You must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with service users, staff, carers and internal/external professionals to achieve improved outcomes for service users.
You must have the ability to resolve problems and cope with constant and often conflicting demands.
You must have the ability to keep clear and accurate records.
You must have the ability to understand and implement policies and procedures, and to implement safe working practices (e.g. assessment, care planning, reviewing, supervision).

Qualifications:
SVQ5 Health and Social Care or equivalent, have experience working within a community setting and have a PVG membership in relation to working with adults.

Because we support people in their own home, we do require you to be a driver, have access to your own car and be willing to travel around the area of Fife.

Salary – £TBA
